Immediate Opening for a MS/HS Math Teacher
Telluride Middle/High School is seeking an energetic, knowledgeable, student-centered math teacher to teach Algebra, Intensified Algebra and Junior Seminar (a test preparation class) for the remainder of the 2014-15 school year.  Interested candidates should have a demonstrated strong background in mathematics and understand the latest research in how children learn math concepts.  The ability to connect immediately with students is a desirable characteristic.  Please contact Kyle Schumacher at kschumacher@telluride.k12.co.us for more information. 

Applicants should have or be able to obtain a Colorado teaching certificate with a Secondary Math endorsement.

Telluride Early Childhood Center Preschool Director:
The Telluride School District is seeking a Preschool Director for our progressive preschool.  We are looking for a Director certified teacher who will direct a small hard-working, passionate team along with our new and growing bilingual program. 

Ideal applicants will:
*Have a current Colorado Director Certification
*Be able to facilitate the growth of young children through developmentally appropriate practice and have an understanding of child development
*Demonstrate an interest and ability to have respectful relationships with children, parents, teachers and staff
*Be able to create a caring and positive environment for children
*Minimum of Conversational Spanish is required
