New and Continuing Student Registration Guide


New and continuing students can complete registration online for the upcoming school year through the Telluride PowerSchool pre-registration and parent/guardian portal.

Online registration includes five forms to be reviewed and completed:

  1. Form A - Demographics and Contacts
  2. Form B - Race, Ethnicity, Home Language Survey
  3. Form C - Health Information
  4. Form D - Previous Enrollment and Records Release
  5. Form E - Consent and Acknowledgment of Agreements

Continuing Student Registration (For students who are currently enrolled and would like to enroll in the 2022/2023 school year)

  • Log into the TSD PowerSchool parent portal with your existing parent/guardian account to review and update the registration forms.
  • Items you will need to complete registration:
    • Proof of residency if claiming residence within Telluride School District – see registration Form A for types of documents accepted
    • Health Inventory form (can be downloaded from the portal) and immunization records

New Student Registration (Including students who previously attended the district but are withdrawn prior to the end of the 2021/2022 school year)

  • Submit pre-registration application here.
  • Watch your email for a message from TSD PowerSchool with instructions for creating your PowerSchool parent account (if necessary), logging into the parent portal and completing the registration forms.
  • Items you will need to complete registration:
    • Proof of residency if claiming residence within Telluride School District – see registration Form A for types of documents accepted
    • Student birth certificate
    • Report cards or transcripts from schools previously attended (district may request data from previous schools)
    • Health Inventory form (can be downloaded from the portal) and immunization records
    • Standardized test data (district may request data from previous schools.

     

    IMPORTANT: If you already have a TSD PowerSchool parent account, do NOT create a new one. You can recover your username and reset passwords from the portal login page by clicking the "Forgot username or password?" link. If you have never had a parent/guardian account or are not sure, please contact the Help Desk by emailing [email protected] to check and to obtain necessary information to create your account and associate it with your student(s) if necessary.
