The 2025-2026 school year is almost here and we're excited to kick off another great year together!

Next week, you'll be hearing from your student's school - TES, TIS, or TMHS - with important back-to-school details. In the meantime, we want to make sure you know about a fantastic community event: Telluride's Back to School Fair. You can look forward to helpful health and immunization information, valuable community and financial resources, free school supplies, prizes and more. The fair will be held at the Ah Haa Launchpad on Wednesday, August 6th, from 3:30 to 5:30 pm.
To help you prepare for school, we've also included links to school supply lists, the 2025-2026 School Calendar and other important beginning-of -year dates. Get your students ready for a year filled with growth, learning and new experiences.

  • August 18 - Back to School Celebration for TES and TIS to Meet your Teacher and Drop off Supplies 2:00-3:30 pm
  • August 19 - First Day of School
  • August 20 - Parent/Athlete All Season Informational Meeting 5:00 pm in The Palm
  • August 25 -School Board Work Session 3:30 pm, District Accountability 5:15 pm in Bridal Veil
  • August 26 - School Board Monthly Meeting 5:15 pm in Bridal Veil
  • August 28 - TES 1st and 2nd Grade Back to School Night 5:00-6:00 pm
  • August 29 - 1/2 Day of School
  • September 1 - No School for Labor Day
